Great Show at La Jolla Equestrian Center

This Weekend we had a great show at La Jolla. It was the East Bay Chapter of the California Dressage Society. Most of our trainers participated. We all supported each other and we all had a blast!

Congratulations to Toronado for getting through all of his soreness issues and our bad luck last year to come back on track so quickly at Second Level!

And congratulations to Diana and Magico for riding their very first tests together. The beginnings of a great team!

And congratulations to the CDS East Bay show team and volunteers for making the show a success!

Track Horse Rescue Makes Horse of the Year

Neville Bardos, a rescued Australian Thoroughbred makes the news! TWICE! 
Once in the New York Times for his miraculous recovery from being burned in a barn fire, and then being honored by the USEF as horse of the year.
Let's hear it for the neglected Thoroughbred! 
There is hope for Cole to do great things!...at least to make someone a great riding horse and possible competition horse.
